Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine broth, bouillon, turmeric powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, fish sauce and white scallions in a stock pot and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix corn starch and water into a slurry.
Step 3
When the broth is boiling, stir in the corn starch slurry.
Step 4
Continue to stir and slowly drizzle in the beaten egg that is lightly seasoned.
Step 5
Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with green tops of scallions.
