Step by Step Method

Step 1

Add vinegar to chicken sprinkling on to taste. They didn't say what kind, you do you.

Season lightly to taste.

Let it set 5 minutes.

Put lettuce on 4 plates.

Mix the rest of ingredients together adding enough mayonnaise to hold together. I like more, some folks like less.

Step 6

Season to taste.

Add enough capers to be visible but not too many.

Place equally on top of lettuce.

Put a sliced egg on top.

Sprinkle with paprika.
