  • 8 ounces cooked chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 4 eggs, hardboiled, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add vinegar to chicken sprinkling on to taste. They didn't say what kind, you do you.

  • Step 2: Season lightly to taste.

  • Step 3: Let it set 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Put lettuce on 4 plates.

  • Step 5: Mix the rest of ingredients together adding enough mayonnaise to hold together. I like more, some folks like less.

  • Step 6: Season to taste.

  • Step 7: Add enough capers to be visible but not too many.

  • Step 8: Place equally on top of lettuce.

  • Step 9: Put a sliced egg on top.

  • Step 10: Sprinkle with paprika.
