Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Combine the leftover grilled chicken, black beans & Rotel tomatoes, mix until combined.
Step 3
Line a large cookie sheet with foil. Spread Tortilla chips over the foil. Spread chicken mixture over the chips. Top with cheese and jalapeno slices.
Step 4
Bake around 10 minutes until mixture is heated through and cheese is completely melted.
Step 5
Serve with toppings.
