Preheat oven 400f
Mix stuffing with 1 cup water
Place stuffing on 4 large ( double folded ) foil sheets
Place the chicken on the stuffing mix & add all the rest of the ingredients over the chickenl
Bring the foil up and fold to make a sealed envelope over all the ingredients
Place on a rimmed baking sheet
Bake for 35 minutes or until the chicken is done (170f)
Be careful opening the foil, cut slits to release the steam
