Step by Step Method

Step 1

Boil and debone chicken. (Can make soup with broth)

Step 2

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Step 3

Pam spray a 9x9 casserole

Step 4

Chop chicken into bite sized pieces.

Step 5

Stew squash and onion.

Step 6

Drain well.

Step 7

Toss stuffing mix with butter

Step 8

Set some aside to line bottom and top of casserole. Mix remaining stuffing mixture with sour cream, soup, and chicken.

Step 9

Add squash and onion.

Step 10

Line bottom of a casserole dish with stuffing.

Step 11

Pour in the chicken mixture.

Step 12

Top with stuffing.

Step 13

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
