These were so yummy! We loved the cheesy goodness that the canned cheese soup gave the potatoes, It was perfect to have with our ham dinner for Easter, and we all gave them 5 big stars!

I made this to have along with hot dogs and sausage on the grill last night. I had a lot of company over so I doubled it. We devoured it in no time. It is so cheesy and delicious! I will make this often. It is better than others I have had in the past!

This has lots of cheesy, oniony goodness that is what makes scalloped potatoes so good. This is an excellent side to have with lots of meats and I will make these again!

These were very tasty and cheesey. I used extra sharper cheddar. I also used a sweet onion that after slicing, I popped it in the microwave for a minute, then added it in. I forgot to grease the pan first, and DH complained about it sticking to the bottom. So if you read this review before you make it, make sure you grease the pan first. LOL! I served it with roast duckling with cherry jam glaze. Made for Billboard tag!
