  • 36 to 48 ounces potatoes (6 to 8 potatoes, sliced)
  • 1 small yellow onion (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can (10.5 ounce) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 ounces sour cream (1/4 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 and grease 2qt baking dish. Arrange potatoes and onions in baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.

  • Step 2: Combine spices, condensed soup and sour cream; adjust as necessary. Spread over potato mixture. Cover and bake for 55 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 10 until potatoes are done.
