Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Pam spray 9x13 casserole.
Step 3
Melt butter and add onions and peppers, season lightly.
Step 4
Cook until translucent
Step 5
Add flour cook for a couple minutes.
Step 6
Add tomatoes, pimentos and corn and stir like crazy.
Step 7
Add Worcestershire sauce and cook until thickened.
Step 8
Add rice and season to taste.
Step 9
Take off heat and mix in cup of cheese.
Step 10
Pour into casserole top with cheese bake until bubbly and cheese is melted.
