"One more recipe I re-posted from another site.ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: I found this recipe in TOH's 2004 "Best of Country Cooking". It was submitted by Dolores Nemec. I changed a couple of things to make this more for mine and my SO's personal tastes. The cooking time includes both baked times, and the prep time includes the cooling time before slicing the top off of potatoes. The first baking time for the potatoes is 1 hour.Posted to "ZAAZ" on 10/28/13. This made a fantastic lunch which I thoroughly enjoyed using a Carisma potato which is low Gi though I did have an oops moment and put the bacon in with the mashed potato but it was still a wonderful eat, thank you Chef shapeweaver made for For Your Consideration at FF&FF>
