Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees,then bake potatoes for 1 hour or until done.
Step 2: When cool enough to handle,cut a thin slice off the top and scoop out pulp leaving a thin shell.
Step 3: In a medium size bowl, mix together milk, egg, potato, mayonnaise, and 1/2 cup of cheese, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Divide evenly into potato shells.
Step 5: Make a little " well " in potato mixture, and fill with remaining cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
Step 6: Then divide bacon over cheese and bake for another 10 minutes,or until heated through.
