Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Butter 9" pie plate.
Step 3
Mix the 3 cheeses together.
Step 4
Blend milk, flour, egg, salt and pepper in medium bowl, stir in 1/2 of the cheese.
Step 5
Pour into pie plate and bake until puffy and golden about 25 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake till melted about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Cut into wedges.
