"This is out of Discovery Elementary favorite recipes...this was submitted by the kindergarten teacher...back in 1986...This is quick, easy and yummy!"
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Butter 9" pie plate.
Mix the 3 cheeses together.
Blend milk, egg, salt and pepper in medium bowl, stir in 1/2 of the cheese.
Pour into pie plate and bake until puffy and golden about 25 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake till melted about 5 minutes.
Cut into wedges.
