"Carne Asada is a lovely Mexican peppy mixture of spices. It used a lot with beef cubes in stews. I made a burger many years ago that I liked - here is today's version. Use what condiments to top it off that you fancy. I used sweet relish, yellow mustard, cream cheese, onions and mushroom . Chopped sweet onion, tomato & cheese are nice toppers. I like to make 3 patties out of a pound but have listed the usual 4."

Awesome full flavored burgers! I did have to go online in order to find a recipe for the carne asada spice but so worth the search. Used the hot salsa option and added my fav condiments. Served mine plated without the bun - super delicious. Definitely a rerun on this Bergy Burger!
