"I don't care for bread pudding but DH loves it. I concocted this for him and he says it's the best he's ever had. It is defintely not health food so I only make it once a year or so."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place bread and raisins in greased 2-qt. baking dish.
Step 2
Combine water and brown sugar; pour over bread.
Step 3
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over bread.
Step 4
Bake at 350ºF for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.
