Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 225 degree F.
Step 2
Wish together the egg white and water.
Step 3
Mix together sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Step 4
Mix the pecans into the egg wash.
Step 5
Now add the pecans to the sugar and toss to coat.
Step 6
Spread cookies on foil lined cookie sheets and bake at 225 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally
Step 7
After 45 minutes, increase the temperature to 275 degrees and bake for an additional 15 minutes
