Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a 3-quart saucepan, combine Worcestershire, honey, butter, sugar, rum and the Red Hot sauce.
Step 2
Bring to a full boil, stirring often.
Step 3
Simmer over medium-low heat until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring often
Step 4
Remove from heat and cool.
Step 5
Brush pineapple with some of the sauce.
Step 6
Grill pineapple over high heat on a greased rack for 5 minutes or until glazed, turing and basting often.
Step 7
Serve pineapple with ice cream and remaining sauce.
