Step by Step Method

Step 1

Season the pork chops with the Creole seasoning.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in very large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on both sides. Remove the pork from the skillet.

Step 3

Add more oil to the skillet if you need to. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Add condensed soups, half & half , parsley and tomatoes to the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the pork to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 25-35 minutes or until the pork is very tender. Season the sauce with salt and pepper)

Step 5

Serve the pork and sauce with cooked rice or cooked noodles.

Yes, delicious! I did half the recipe, the chops tender and flavorful the sauce impressed. Served over rice along with a green salad made for a great evening meal. I see doing the full recipe perfect for family weekends.
