Step 1: Season the pork chops with the Creole seasoning.
Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons oil in very large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on both sides. Remove the pork from the skillet.
Step 3: Add more oil to the skillet if you need to. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Add condensed soups, half & half , parsley and tomatoes to the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the pork to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 25-35 minutes or until the pork is very tender. Season the sauce with salt and pepper)
Step 5: Serve the pork and sauce with cooked rice or cooked noodles.
