Step by Step Method
Step 1
Coarsley shred the cabbage or chop it, then cook it until just tender in boiling water. Drain VERY VERY well.
Step 2
Saute onions and garlic with butter until soft.
Step 3
In a large bowl mix the soups and cheddar cheese together. Add the onion mixture and the fully drained cabbage; mix really well.
Step 4
Add to a buttered baking pan.
Step 5
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top, then crumble the ritz crackers on top.
Step 6
Cook until bubbly, about 25 minutes on 350 degrees. Let sit for about 15 minutes and serve.
