Step 1

Using a salad bowl or large serving dish combine carrots and cabbage.

Step 2

Toss the cabbage and carrots to combine and add the vinegar and oil. Season the mixture lightly with salt and pepper and toss again.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate the slaw for at least one hour before serving.

Straight forward easy salad that has a lovely tang to it. I like that you can make it well in advance before serving. If anything making it in advance enhances the flavor Thanks Lori for a keeper
