"Lately I've been getting ideas & recreating recipes from my large collection of cookbooks. This recipe was based off of one that used chocolate chips, oats, and nuts. But I decided to use butterscotch chips, nuts, oats and coconut. One of the great things about this recipe, it doesn't use any eggs and it still tastes good. The original recipe didn't require the baking dish to be prepared with any cooking spray. But after I made the recipe, the bars slightly stuck to the baking dish. This recipe makes 28 bars. Posted to " ZAZZ " on 1/22/15. " Keep Smiling :)"
