Now TOH has made me want hot cocoa again w/this show-stopping "beverage beauty" that literally had me drooling. This recipe was originally published as "Butterscotch Hot Cocoa" in Taste of Home's Holiday & Celebrations Cookbook Annual of 2010 on Pg 21. Enjoy!"

We have been in the deep freeze, temps down to minus 40 and 50 below here in Saskatchewan which has us ranked as the coldest place in Canada. I do not doubt that. Last night the perfect night for a hot cup of cocoa, a cozy blanket and a good book. We enjoyed the great chocolate taste of the cocoa and we do love caramel sauce but found the combined ingredients were a touch too rich for us. I am sure I can get those ingredients working for us on our next treat night.

Delicious! We loved this rich, creamy hot cocoa. Quick and easy to make, perfect for a cold winter night. We often drink hot cocoa when it's cold outside, and I think this has become our favorite way to drink it. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. *Made for Football Pool**

So rich and yummy. I only had large marshmallows and drizzled a little caramel on top. Thanks for sharing, twissis. Congrats again on your Super Bowl win!
