Step 1: In a lrg saucepan, heat milk & cream over med-heat until bubbles form around sides of pan (do not boil).
Step 2: Remove from the heat & whisk in the brown sugar, cocoa, butterscotch topping & vanilla until smooth.
Step 3: Return to the heat. Cook until heated through, stirring. Pour into mugs & sprinkle w/approx 6 miniature marshmallows.
