Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 cups 2% milk
  • 3/4 cup half and half (cream)
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/2 cup ice cream topping (butterscotch)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 150 grams miniature marshmallows (30 mini marshmallows)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a lrg saucepan, heat milk & cream over med-heat until bubbles form around sides of pan (do not boil).

  • Step 2: Remove from the heat & whisk in the brown sugar, cocoa, butterscotch topping & vanilla until smooth.

  • Step 3: Return to the heat. Cook until heated through, stirring. Pour into mugs & sprinkle w/approx 6 miniature marshmallows.
