Step by Step Method
Step 1
Lightly saute the onions and garlic in a little of the butter until softened,
Step 2
Place the leeks in salted boiling water to simmer & cook for 3 minutes ~ Drain and refresh the leeks in very cold water.
Step 3
Place the leeks in a greased casserole dish, dot with the remaining butter and sprinkle with season ~ to your liking.
Step 4
Cover dish with a lid or foil and cool at 180c (350F) for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve hot as a side dish.
