"This recipe is from Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk site. Since it is my favorite ice cream, I thought I would post it for safe keeping. I love that it doesn't require an ice-cream machine, and only has 4 ingredients, making it very easy and cheap to make. Note: Keep in mind it takes 6 hours to freeze the ice cream, so make it ahead!"

Deliciously smooth and nutty! I am not an ice cream eater or maker, but this will be a go to for family. I did try a wee bowl and thoroughly enjoyed it! Served this to friends with a French vanilla cake. Loved that it does not require an ice cream maker. Thanks Linda for an ice cream recipe that I like! Can't wait for my family to try it. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
