"An adaptation from a Kraft recipe. Very simple burger but tasty. Nice to serve with mushrooms on or along side. Jalapeno cheese is nice alternate choice. I like to butter my bun & toast it. The burger is lovely & moist it does hold together well pan frying it"

Moist and delicious burgers tasting as good as I expected a Bergy Burger to be! I ate mine as a bunless burger plated, topped with the sweet onion slices, tomatoes and lettuce. Enjoyed every bite. We are about ready for a rerun!

Bergy, this burger is very tasty! I used KC Masterpiece barbecue sauce instead of Bull's Eye because that's what I had on hand. It had a really nice beefy taste and a hint of smoke in the background. I cooked it over a cast-iron grill pan and found that it cooked perfectly. Next time though I will sprinkle some salt and black pepper to the top and bottom. Thank you Bergy for sharing.

This is a nice juicy burger that each of us thoroughly enjoyed! My family has requested a re-run before they go back to the coast. My pics all turned out blurry...but will take some next week. Thanks for sharing Bergy. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
