Step 1

Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise. Place cut sides up on a baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Using your fingers lightly rub the Italian seasoning over the top of each tomato, then sprinkle with feta cheese (you do not need too much Italian seasoning).

Step 3

Drizzle evenly with Italian dressing. Broil 3 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes or just until cheese starts to brown.

i thought i had some Italian dressing , it turns out not, so i had to improvise, sorry! I did use Italian seasoning and for the dressing used Kraft 3 cheese ranch, it did work quite well, but next time I'll check for the dressing before i start. We really enjoyed the broiled tomatoes, thanks for posting.
