Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat broiler. Place rack about 6 inches below element. Coat a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

Combine cilantro, garlic, lime juice, zest oil and salt in bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons.

Step 3

Pour remainder over fish on plate. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes.

Step 4

Place salmon on pan. Brush with 1 tablespoon marinade.

Step 5

Broil for 3-4 minutes. Turn steaks over. Brush with remaining tablespoon marinade. Broil 3-4 more minutes or until cooked through.

We loved this...you can't go wrong with lime and cilantro...very easy to prepare and it's quick...the salmon was nice and moist...made for FYC tag game...

Great fish! Easy and quick - we used fillets so cooked the fish for less time and skipped the turning but otherwise made as directed. Served with fruit salad for a light and very good dinner. Thanks for sharing!
