Step 1

Heat the oil in a sauce pan and saute the garlic 1-2 minutes

Step 2

Pour in the chicken stock, add broccoli

Step 3

Bring to a boil, gently simmer for 15 minutes or until the broccoli is tender

Step 4

Season to taste, transfer to blender, blend until smooth

thank you this was great, sometimes less is best, with only a small amount of ingredients this soup was wonderful I did add more garlic and also half a yellow onion, definately a 5 star recipe. Thanks and regards from Brandy
