Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Place broccoli, shallots and water in a glass casserole dish; microwave 3-5 minutes, until heated and shallots are soft.
Step 3
Drain broccoli mixture in a colander.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in the same casserole dish, combine soup, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic and mustard until well-blended.
Step 5
Return broccoli mixture to casserole and mix well.
Step 6
Stir in cheese; mix well.
Step 7
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes, or until completely heated through and cheese is melted.
Step 8
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
