Step by Step Method
Step 1
Let cucumbers stand in salted water (about 1/2 cup) for 2 or more hours. Drain and rinse.
Step 2
Stir all dry ingredients together.
Step 3
Add vinegar.
Step 4
Pour over cucumber and bell peppers.
Step 5
Boil 5 minutes. Pack in jars.
