"Beef is one of the most traditional meats enjoyed in Brazilian cuisine, and this dish is probably the most delicious of them all! These perfect Brazilian Ribs for grilling in the summer months are not for the faint of heart. They are totally rich in flavor and texture. The dish itself is pretty simple to make, and many of the ingredients should be pretty easy to find in most kitchens, so why not make them soon! The ribs need to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours, so PLAN AHEAD! This is how I grill my ribs. I heat my gas grill on high until really hot, then I turn off burner on one side. I brush the marinade onto the ribs, and grill on the hottest part of grill, flipping once, until charred in spots and cooked to desired doneness (2–4 minutes for medium rare). If the outside starts to burn before beef is fully cooked, move to cooler section of grill until done. From Easy Brazilian Recipes."

I have made these a couple of times and will make them again today for a cookout for the 4th of July. They are super delicious and one that will stay in my recipe files. I know they will go over well with the crowd we are having and I can't wait to see their faces when they take the first bite! Yummy!!

These ribs are exceptionally delicious and it's one of those recipes that you are glad you found! We loved everything about them. A little spice but not hot, and the meat was tender as could be. Perfect ribs all the way around. The indirect heat is the way to go!

These tender ribs really hit the spot! They were infused with loads of flavor and cooked to perfection at 3 minutes per side. The whole family is so happy I tried these and gives them five stars all the way baby! I used Frank's Red Hot Sauce to impart flavor instead of the heat of Tabasco. Really enhanced the flavor!
