"This is a great tasting oatmeal recipe I really enjoy. You can eat this hot or cold. If you are gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free blueberry jam. You can use any type of berry jam to change this up if you like."

This was really good, all the different components work together and I like the creaminess of it. I might put a little less jam next time, it was on the sweet side for me, but I am sure it depends on the brand you use (our favorite for blueberry is Bonne Maman).

I really liked this oatmeal Bea! It came together quickly, which is good because when I am hungry I want to eat now :) I used Polaner All Fruit Blueberry Spreadable Fruit instead of the jam, and I didn't add the graham crumbs. Trying to keep my sugars down, and I used Greek yogurt which made it on the thick side, but it was delicious! Thank you ever so much for sharing another of your great recipes with us Bea! Linda
