Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat cook the bacon until crisp. Using a slotted spoon transfer bacon to paper towels.
Step 2
In a large salad bowl whisk together the next 3 ingredients (mayonnaise - honey) and then stir in the coleslaw mix, cheese and the bacon. Season with salt and pepper and toss.
