Bleu Cheese Feta Garlic Dip

"This is a dip I've been making for awhile for myself. It's easy to throw together and tastes so dang good. It will give you garlic breath though, so I had never shared it with anyone until a recent get together, and it was everyone's favorite thing! So now I just made it again so I could post amounts. Feel free to use light versions of the dressing and feta. I just found Litehouse yogurt bleu cheese with probiotics!"

Step 1

Stir together all ingredients. Break feta into smaller pieces, if desired, with a fork.

Step 2

Good right away and stronger the longer it sits. Serve with crudites and enjoy!

My sister told me I had to try this recipe since I am an avid garlic lover from way back. This was so good dipped with carrots and celery sticks and I even pulled out the triscuits. My hubby loved it too and sat and ate over half of it while watching tv last night!

Made this to go with my Super Bowl munchie tray. I cut down to 6 cloves of garlic as the 10 kind of scared me :) I made my own dressing using Gorgonzola cheese, which I like because it is mild, and fat free Feta. I made it the night before so the flavors could meld. I served this dip with fresh veggies... The whole crowd gave it thumbs up, and it is definitely going to be made again! Thanks for another great recipe T, and I just may use all 10 cloves next time :) Linda

Brought this in to work to share with a few co-workers and all gave it the thumbs up!!! I served it with vegetables. Of course we were all garlic lovers so this was perfect for us!
