  • 12 ounces bleu cheese dressing (I prefer Litehouse refrigerated)
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups feta cheese, crumbled (depending on how chunky you like it)
  • 10 small garlic cloves, minced (more or less to your taste)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste (I have also used fresh ground black pepper)
  • Crudites, to serve

  • Step 1: Stir together all ingredients. Break feta into smaller pieces, if desired, with a fork.
