These bars are sweet, satisfying and something the whole family will enjoy, including the kids! I had quite a few jars of berry and plum jam which I made this year, and was looking for just the right recipe to use some of the jam up....... And this recipe did not let me down! These bars are so easy to make, and an added bonus for me was that everything I needed was in the pantry. We loved these bars, they are addictive & scrumptious especially when served with a cuppa! DH had to be put on rations with these, he would have eaten them all in one day, if I had let him! I will be making these again soon!
