Step by Step Method

Step 1

Season salmon lightly.

Step 2

Add rest of seasoning to mayonnaise.

Step 3

Smear all over the fish and put in fridge overnight.

Step 4

Next day, put tin foil on cookie sheet.

Step 5

Coat with oil.

Step 6

Put fish on cookie sheet.

Step 7

Broil until flaky.

Step 8

Serve with lemon wedges.

We really loved this salmon. The best part? It's SO EASY!!! You just have to remember to slather it with the mayo mixture the night before. Even my son, who is not a salmon/fish lover said to keep this recipe. Success!
