Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Bisquick and sugar, just to combine.
Step 2
Set aside.
Step 3
Pour remaining ingredients into blender and blend on high about 30 seconds, or until smooth and completely combined.
Step 4
Add blender contents to Bisquick and stir with a heavy spoon until all particles are moistened, and dough begins to pull away from the bowl.
Step 5
Turn out onto a board floured with Bisquick.
Step 6
With floured hands, knead dough until smooth and elastic, about 5 min.
Step 7
Gently pat dough down to about 3/4 of an inch thickness.
Step 8
Dip a biscuit cutter or juice glass in Bisquick and cut biscuits.
Step 9
Arrange on a greased cookie sheet .
Step 10
Cover with damp linen or paper towel, and let rise slightly, 30 to 45 minutes.
Step 11
Bake at 450 about 15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
Step 12
Brush tops with butter.
