Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Bisquick and sugar, just to combine.
Step 2: Set aside.
Step 3: Pour remaining ingredients into blender and blend on high about 30 seconds, or until smooth and completely combined.
Step 4: Add blender contents to Bisquick and stir with a heavy spoon until all particles are moistened, and dough begins to pull away from the bowl.
Step 5: Turn out onto a board floured with Bisquick.
Step 6: With floured hands, knead dough until smooth and elastic, about 5 min.
Step 7: Gently pat dough down to about 3/4 of an inch thickness.
Step 8: Dip a biscuit cutter or juice glass in Bisquick and cut biscuits.
Step 9: Arrange on a greased cookie sheet .
Step 10: Cover with damp linen or paper towel, and let rise slightly, 30 to 45 minutes.
Step 11: Bake at 450 about 15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
Step 12: Brush tops with butter.
