Ininitally I made these for Halloween for the kids, but since then we have enjoyed them several times. Sometimes I crush up different candy bars to roll the apples in after dipping in the chocolate. Recently I melted Mounds Bars in with the chocolate and rolled in crushed almonds. OMG! So many ways to change this up!

Who doesn't like chocolate? I know I do! I decided to make these for my Halloween party. I made sure I made one for each guest. After I dipped each apple, I dipped into an assortment of Halloween candies (such as chopped Snickers, Butterfingers, or Almond Joys) or Halloween sprinkles and nuts (I used walnuts and almonds). I wrapped each one in saran wrap and tied an orange and black ribbon on each one. They got to take these home!
