Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut up raw chicken breasts into cubes and put in a frying pan. Add sliced jalepeno, habanero, water and salt and stir.
Step 2
Add the margarine, hot sauce and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
Step 3
Turn heat on to medium low and let simmer stirring occasionally for 40- 45 minutes. Heat can of black eyed peas in a sauce pan.
Step 4
Make instant mashed potatoes according to package directions and put a serving of mashed potatoes on a plate making a hole in the middle. Put blackeyed peas in hole and then top with a serving of the Habanero Chicken and some of the juice from the pan. Enjoy!
