"From Taste of Home comes a "new" party dip that's been around for over 8 yrs! I cannot imagine how this easy-fix & sure-to-be-a-hit recipe has escaped my notice. Michelle Long of New Castle, Colorado commented that "Ranch Dressing Mix flavors this fast-fix mixture that's packed w/shredded cheese & is made to go w/pretzels. It's 1 of those snacks that when you start eating it, you can't stop! This dip can be made w/any type beer, including nonalcoholic. I've taken it to many parties & am always asked for the recipe." Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, beer & dressing mix until smooth. (IMO, an immersion blender would be good for this).
Step 2
Stir in cheddar cheese & chill until ready to serve w/pretzels (Yield = 28 1-oz servings)
