"From Taste of Home comes a "new" party dip that's been around for over 8 yrs! I cannot imagine how this easy-fix & sure-to-be-a-hit recipe has escaped my notice. Michelle Long of New Castle, Colorado commented that "Ranch Dressing Mix flavors this fast-fix mixture that's packed w/shredded cheese & is made to go w/pretzels. It's 1 of those snacks that when you start eating it, you can't stop! This dip can be made w/any type beer, including nonalcoholic. I've taken it to many parties & am always asked for the recipe." This recipe was originally published as "Beer Dip" in Simple & Delicious, Jan/Feb issue of 2007 on Pg 25. Enjoy!"

The hubby said this is now his favorite dip...I cut the recipe in half...this is very easy to prepare...I used my kitchen aide to mix it together...and served it with waffle pretzels...yum...made for "For Your Consideration" tag game...The hubby likes it so much that he has requested I make it for our upcoming RV trip for a scheduled appy night with friends...:)
