The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened, two 8-ounce packages)
  • 1/3 cup beer (or nonalcoholic beer)
  • 1 envelope (1 ounce) dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)
  • Pretzels (amount as desired for dipping)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, beer & dressing mix until smooth. (IMO, an immersion blender would be good for this).

  • Step 2: Stir in cheddar cheese & chill until ready to serve w/pretzels (Yield = 28 1-oz servings)
