Easy with delicious results. I took the liberty of seasoning the chicken overnight with Chipotle seasoning blend and proceeded with the rest of the recipe as written. Came out so filled with flavor and super moist. Love the flavor that the beer imparted in the bbq sauce and because I had some chopped garlic left from another recipe, added it to the bbq sauce (about 1-2 teaspoons). Also, cut the butter amount in half. The weather was threatening a downpour, so skipped the grill and finished it off under the broiler. Great tasting chicken, ellie, thank you for sharing it.
