Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a medium to large skillet, cook the beef, then drain it.

Step 2

Mix in everything except the cheese. Heat to boiling. Cook on low for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Stir and top with the cheese.

Stir in 8 ounces sour cream with the soup

Corn tortillas should be used instead of the flour tortillas and shredded Mexican cheese instead of shredded Cheddar cheese

Enjoyed this quick and easy taco skillet, real comfort food on a chilly day. Used Tex Mex Shredded cheese as that's what I had on hand. Served this with Caesar Salad .
