Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 294 grams flour tortillas (6 inch, cut into 1 inch pieces, 6 flour tortillas-- depending on where you live, you may have to get 8 inch. The Mission brand makes 6 inch.)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium to large skillet, cook the beef, then drain it.

  • Step 2: Mix in everything except the cheese. Heat to boiling. Cook on low for 5 minutes.

  • Step 3: Stir and top with the cheese.

  • Step 4: CREAMY MEXICAN FIESTA:

  • Step 5: Stir in 8 ounces sour cream with the soup

  • Step 6: RANCHERO STYLE:

  • Step 7: Corn tortillas should be used instead of the flour tortillas and shredded Mexican cheese instead of shredded Cheddar cheese
