Beef Sun Burger
"I used ingredients that I had in the fridge and came up with this tasty burger. I drained the tomatoes well but saved the oil and used it to grease the pan for frying the burger. I used my mini chopper to mince the tomatoes, garlic and peppers. It made it so easy. I used Frank's hot sauce. Tabasco is good too. Make 3 or 4 burgers, I like the size of 3 burgers. Use condiments of your choice, use salsa, mayo - even bacon whatever you like on your burgers. Note: hamburger buns not included in nutritional facts"
